I've been playing music for more than 10 years and have performed in more than 35 venues all over Mexico and in Canada.
My biggest obsession is sound and how it interacts with the things we feel and see.
I've always wanted to create powerful soundscapes and music that can show how sound is a huge factor for conducting and creating emotions.

Automne (re-design)
Final Sound Design Project for Vancouver Film School.
This project was the culmination of my whole year in VFS, I could not have done it without the permission of the fantastic Hugo de Faucompret and his masterpiece of animation.
I completely re-designed the sound of the piece going for more of a literal and fantastic approach, making justice to every frame of animation that I could find, everything has life in the piece therefore the sound mimics that lively feeling.

Solace
I consider myself a huge fan of the horror genre, so this project was very important for me. I wanted to display the ability of sound to be the main storyteller through every little sound. Every sound has a purpose, creating tension and release along with the animation.
Clouds Go Away
I was fortunate enough to be the post-sound supervisor and re-recording mixer for this film. I think it's a great combination of sound and visuals augmenting suspense and making the viewer uncomfortable.
Firmament (music)
Probably my favourite music composition piece yet, I was inspired by a very ethereal motion in the video and tried to have a very recognizable hook for the melody as it progresses, along with a very subtle bell guitar. It's all in tune to the SFX to make the harmony walk and evolve with the piece.
Short drama about a woman who is working as an event organizer in what turns out to be her ex-fiancee's wedding. I edited SFX and BGs.
Nothing
Short romcom about two brothers in love with the same girl. I edited dialogue and performed foley, and was also the re-recording mixer.
Colors of Melody
Musical about a girl who finds herself in a world where her voice is the only sound that can be heard. I was the engineer for the original voice recordings and mixed the music.
4 Años (music)
An amazing collaboration with an amazing artist, Rodrigo Carrera and his project Cantera, they brought me in to produce a different version of the song "4 Años" , more acoustic and intimate than the last one.
Such a beautiful experience to lead an artist in a totally different way to what they were expecting, even better if they love it as much as much as I did.
